This next lecture, Supporting Youth in Challenging Times, will feature Peter Mayfield, executive director of Gateway Mountain Center, and Dana Adams, school psychologist of Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, in a discussion about supporting youth during a pandemic.
How are youth handling the COVID lockdown and distance-learning? How can we support their resiliency? Current trauma treatment, research, and practice will be presented to inform the conversation.
