3:52 p.m. - Domestic Violence - Wasabe Way - DATING CO-HABITANTS ENGAGED IN VERBAL DISPUTE.

2:23 p.m. - Dogs off leash - Lily Ave - TWO 23-YEAR OLD MEN WERE CITED FOR HAVING DOGS OFF LEASH WHILE ON CONSERVANCY.

5:09 p.m. - Death Investigation - Ute Street - DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO RESIDENCE FOR A WELFARE CHECK AND FOUND A 63-YEAR OLD MAN DECEASED.

3:33 a.m. - DUI - Chinokis Rd - A 47-YEAR OLD MAN WAS ARRESTED FOR A DUI.

4:52 p.m. - Vehicle Theft - Highway 50 Meyers - A VEHICLE, WHICH HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN REPORTED STOLEN, WAS SEEN ON A HIGHWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS CONFIRMED AS
STOLEN AND A FELONY CAR STOP WAS INITIATED. IT WAS LATER DETERMINED THE REGISTERED OWNER OF THE VEHICLE WAS INSIDE THE VEHICLE. HE FAILED TO NOTIFY HIS LOCAL AGENCY AFTER HE RECOVERED HIS VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS RELEASED TO THE REGISTERED OWNER.

12:02 p.m. - Obstruction of justice - Lodi Ave - EDSO DEPUTIES EXECUTED A LAWFUL EVICTION. DURING THE EVICTION, A FEMALE RESIDENT USED PHYSICAL FORCE TO AVOID
REMOVAL FROM THE RESIDENCE. THE 60-YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS ARRESTED FOR RESISTING LAW ENFORCEMENT AS WELL AS AN OUT OF COUNTY WARRANT.

2:24 a.m. - Reckless Driving - Silver Tip Ave - SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED DRIVING RECKLESSLY ON A HIGHWAY AND IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. OCCUPANTS FLED FROM VEHICLE AND WERE APPREHENDED. DRIVER WAS ARRESTED.

3:45 p.m. - Information - Johnson Blvd - AN ADULT MALE REPORTED A MALE FROM THE DEFENSE SPOKE TO HIM WHILE HE WAS AT COURT AS A VICTIM.

11:25 p.m. - Bringing a weapon in jail - Al Tahoe Blvd - SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF A SHANK/SHIV WHILE INCARCERATED AT THE TAHOE JAIL. SUSPECT ADMITTED TO CREATING THE WEAPON. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES ADDED. TO THE DA FOR PROSECUTION.

11:30 p.m. - Grand Theft - Echo Summit

12:22 a.m. - Vacation Rental Violation - Normuk St - REPORT DOCUMENTS A VACATION HOME RENTAL VIOLATION AND IS BEING SENT TO TAX COLLECTORS OFFICE.

11:49 a.m. - Abandoned Vehicle - Tokochi St - SOMEONE REPORTED AN ABANDONED VEHICLE NEAR HIS RESIDENCE. VEHICLE WAS TOWED PURSUANT TO VEHICLE CODE SECTION
22669(B).
