El Dorado Savings on Al Tahoe Blvd. in South Lake Tahoe is expanding into the space next door that was once home to Sierra Pizza. The bank will now be able to have a safety deposit box area. There is no plan for more teller windows.
Speaking of Sierra Pizza, they have moved into the empty restaurant between Pinnacle Real Estate and Tahoe Toys and Treasures.
Bass Outlet at the "Y" is closing on February 24. Everything is on sale. They hung in there during construction of The Crossing at Tahoe Valley but, according to local management, their corporate office couldn't work out a lease with the new mall owners. Their hours are currently 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
