An officer pulled Heltebrake over into the parking lot of Lake Tahoe Oil near Round Hill Mall. As he approached the car he smelled marijuana odor and asked the suspect if he had been smoking. Heltebrake answered no, that he worked at Tahoe Wellness Collective and that the smell stays on him after cutting. After further communication he was showing signs of being under the influence according to the officer's report. Heltebrake was taken to the Stateline Sub-station for booking.
