South Shore Gaming Profits Drop for 5th Straight Month

Stateline casinos took in $14,741,363 in February, 2014, which is down 9.51% from the same month a year ago.
The State Gaming Control Board reported today that the gross gaming win in Nevada for February was $926,083,897. The statewide gaming win, computed before business expenses and taxes, is down 13.71% from February of 2013.
The biggest loss was experienced by the casinos in North Lake Tahoe where revenues dropped 22.18% and on the Las Vegas Strip where they saw a drop of 20.17%.
When looking at the fiscal year, the Stateline casino "win" is down 4.07% and statewide it's almost level with a loss of less than one percent.
