The 16th annual Lake Tahoe Summit will be held on Monday, August 13 at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, according to a press statement from Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev.
“The annual Lake Tahoe Summit is a great opportunity to reflect on past accomplishments and chart future efforts to ensure the long-term health of Lake Tahoe – one of the most spectacular places on earth. I am honored to host this year’s Summit, which will focus on investing in the future of Lake Tahoe through public-private partnerships. These annual forums have been instrumental in keeping the challenges facing Lake Tahoe in focus, and I look forward to working with everyone involved,” said Heller in the statement.
Also scheduled to attend are California Gov. Jerry Brown, Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval, Nevada Lt Governor Brian Krolicki, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., and Congressman Tom McClintock.
