Free Nutrition Class: Menu Planning

A free nutrition education series for parents is being offered by the
University of California Cal Fresh Nutrition Education. The topic "Food Labels" is for parents and will be held at Sierra House Elementary School at 1709 Remington Trail in South Lake Tahoe at 6 pm on February 4.
The program is free for all CalFresh recipients and parents of local elementary school children.

This is the last in a series of 4 nutrition classes offered by the University of California.
Upon completion of all 4 classes the participants receive a certificate of completion.
