El Dorado County schedules COVID-19 Town Hall meeting with health and education panel

El Dorado County is hosting a virtual Town Hall meeting with a panel of experts from the health and education fields to explain the current COVID-19 situation on November 19 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
