Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority among Nevada grant recipients

A $10,000 grant to help the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority develop its sports tourism initiative was among nearly a half-million dollars in rural tourism grants announced Tuesday. The Nevada Commission on Tourism doled out a total of $492,711 to 72 applicants, including the LTVA. Go here for the Reno Gazette-Journal story.
