including runners, friends, and family to South Lake Tahoe this weekend as they Run, Rock, and Recover in this one of a kind event.
On Saturday, June 20, 2,000 runners will take off along the 13.1-mile course from Spooner Summit and wind their way down Highway 50 along the East Shore of Lake Tahoe to the finish line at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe. The course will also take runners off the highway along the newly completed forest bike path from Round Hill Pines to Kahle Drive.

It was on one of their frequent trips to the Hard Rock Cafe inside Harvey's Lake Tahoe that they met Kimberly Templeton, Lake Tahoe Sales Manager for the chain and a friendship formed.
Wozniak, co-found of Apple Computer, and his wife Janet were in town Wednesday night to help raise funds for Lake Tahoe Unified School District (LTUSD).

On Monday, November 24, their Executive Chef Jonathan Snyder delivered 48 turkeys to Sierra Community Church, who will serve them in their community kitchen and distribute the rest to local families in need for Thanksgiving.

Sweden's Marten Falk will appear at Hope Lutheran Church in South Lake Tahoe Friday Nov. 30 at 7 p.m. Falk has played in USA, Canada, Japan, France, Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, Chile, Peru, Argentine, Sweden and Finland and he has also performed in radio in many different countries. His three solo recordings on dB Productions label have been met with fantastic reviews around the world.

Considered one of the best of a new generation of classical guitarists, French phenomenon Thibault Cauvin will perform at Hope Lutheran Church of the Sierra in South Lake Tahoe at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28.
The 24-year-old Parisian is known for his many virtuosic styles. His appearance at South Lake Tahoe is part of a year-long worldwide tour that has taken him to New York where he played Carnegie Hall, Hong Kong, San Paolo and Istanbul, London, Melbourne, Singapore and Tel-Aviv.
