Make Tahoe Records fundraiser for Black Ice Theatre Co.

Event Date:
July 18, 2020 - 10:00am

This Saturday, July 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., join Make Tahoe Records at Scott Forrest Fine Art Studio at 2572 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe to help Black Ice Theatre Co.

Make Tahoe Records will be featuring an exhibit of "Freshly Groomed Vinyl," a curated collection of freshies on vinyl including new releases from independent and alternative artists. A portion of the proceeds from vinyl sales will go to benefit the Lake Tahoe's own Black Ice Theatre Co. For those preferring contactless shopping, go to MakeTahoeRecords.com and request shipping, local delivery, or curbside pick up.

Black Ice Theatre Co.'s performances create a new environment for the audience's theater-going experience by transcending traditional expectations. Black Ice Theatre Co. productions often deal with the difficult social issues of our times and help the audience explore its own preconceptions, learning from the action played out before it. Black Ice Theatre Co. also mixes things up with a flair for fun. During the Covid shutdown, they brought us Zoomed performances in their "Sheltered Shorts" series. This summer you can enjoy them al fresco during their August "Broadway Live" series at Heavenly Village. "Broadway Live" is an outdoor, socially distanced live music series featuring songs from your favorite Broadway hits such as Cabaret, Chicago, Grease, Mamma Mia, and more. Find all the details about the event dates on the Black Ice Theatre Co. facebook page. Find out more about Black Ice Theatre Co at BlackIceTheatreCo.com.
