Weather - South Lake Tahoe will have a high of 37 and a low tonight of 21. Today: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37. East wind around 5 mph. Tonight: A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 21. Southeast wind around 5 mph.

Heavenly - Packed Powder. No New Snow in last 24 hours. 100% of their terrain is now open which means 4700 acres, 27 lifts and 95 runs are open. The base depth is 63". Lift status. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 32. Windy, with a south wind around 35 mph, with gusts as high as 55 mph.

Message from Heavenly: Today's forecast is calling for mostly cloudy skies, moderate S winds, and a high near 32. Weather permitting; we will have 27 lifts spinning from 8:30am-4:00pm giving access to 96 trails, of which nearly 50% were freshly groomed overnight. Our groomers trail picks of the day are Ridge Run in CA and Olympic Downhill in NV! Terrain Parks open - Groove (13 features) High Roller (12 features) & Family Cross (9 features). Mott and Galaxy lifts will open at 10:00am. Please note Pioneer Mitey Mite is closed for the day.

Sierra-at-Tahoe - Packed Powder. No new snow. 11 lifts are open. Burton Progressive, Bashful and Upper Snowshoe pipes are open. Groomed conditions on 32 of their open 46 runs. Base depth is 39". Lift status. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37. South southeast wind 3 to 6 mph.

Kirkwood - Packed Powder. No new snow. 100% of the mountain terrain is open with 2300 acres, 12 lifts and 86 runs. 66" base.Lift status. The base depth is 66". Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37. South wind 9 to 11 mph.

Facebook message from Kirkwood: Skiing & Riding is still mid-winter shape, best snow on the mountain in my humble opinion is going to be on the Wall, just below ‘All the way’ down into ‘Dick’s Drop’. Forecast models over the next few days have light snow showers starting Monday night, with minor accumulations expected overnight. Snow increasing Tuesday, becoming heavy at times. Dry weather will set in Tuesday night and last Wednesday morning. Another round of snow showers will move in later in the day Wednesday. Snow fall accumulations Monday night through Tuesday morning look to be around 2-4 inches. An additional 8-12 inches looks to fall during the day Tuesday.
