Plein Air painter holds reception Friday at Bona Fide Books in Meyers

Bona Fide Books in Meyers will celebrate "Have Paints, Will Travel" on Friday night. Plein Air painer Ginny Schakerman's art will be on display during the reception which will include music and libations from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. March 6.

The reception is a kick off to Bona Fide's new community mercantile and print shop. Owner Kim Wyatt has been offering class at the store, from book making to prints.

Schakerman's art will be on display all month at the Meyer's book store.

Bona Fide Books is located at 1069 Magua Street, one block off of Hwy 50 near the intersection with Hopi Avenue. A full list of their events are listed on line.
