Tahoe Roads launches new brand and improved website

Those who have used TahoeRoads.com for their roadwork and conditions information in the past will now find an all new, updated look.
California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has now included information on roads around the lake, including information from the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT).
The goals of the website are to:
- Educate the public on the benefits of the construction happening around the lake
- Keep the public and partners updated on project details and roadwork schedules
- Provide work zone safety and other travel tips to ensure everyone is safe on the roads
Users are now able to use the updated website to:
- Read about 2017 projects
- Find weekly roadwork project updates
- Access an interactive real-time project map
- Stay updated on the latest news about Tahoe Basin highway construction
- Learn about stormwater pollution & how we work to protect Lake Tahoe
- Easy access to Caltrans QuickMap
