Learn how trauma affects the brain and tips for improving mental health for adults and their children at the next free community training series at Lake Tahoe Community College on Tuesday, May 7 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
You will leave with tools that build resiliency.
The guest speaker is Dr. Sonia N. RUPP from Barton Psychiatry at the program which will take place at the college's Creekside Room. Dr. Rugg attended Texas A & M University for her undergraduate school education, the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas for her medical school training. She completed an adult
