Liberty Utilities’ walk-in offices located in South Lake Tahoe and Tahoe Vista will both be closed on Friday, May 27th and Monday, May 30th.
The offices will be closed on Friday, May 27 to accommodate a billing system upgrade that will occur through the Memorial weekend. The Customer Care call center at 1-800-782-2506 will still be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to accept credit and debit card payments and answer customer questions. Customers can also make credit and debit payments online at www.libertyutilities.com.
Customers wishing to make cash payments on May 27 will need to make their payment at KMart in South Lake Tahoe or at Boneteria Rosita in North Lake Tahoe.
“We apologize in advance for this inconvenience,” stated Tami Fruhwirth, Senior Manager of Customer Experience. “We expect to have the upgrade completed over the weekend and provide full-service to our customers when we reopen on Tuesday, May 31.”
Both Liberty Utilities offices and the Customer Care call center will be closed on Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day.
