Mt. Tallac High School is holding their third community Meet & Greet on the first day of school, August 28 at 10:30 a.m.
Community members and business owners visit the campus in a casual open house setting with refreshments, meeting the students and engaging in conversation.
School Director Holly Greenough and her staff have worked with students to foster a work ethic in preparing their students to become contributing community members.
"We feel strongly that providing our students with the opportunity to meet and interact with potential employers and successful adults within out community will promote and support our efforts and the students' drive to give the school year their best effort," said Greenough.
The school is located at the base of South Tahoe High at the top end of 13th street.
