If your television began to glitch in and out beginning around 8 a.m. this morning and then went completely static, it's not your fault, it is Charter Communications, which is reporting a widespread cable television outage throughout South Shore, on both sides of the state line and down into Minden and Gardnerville. A Charter representative did not have an estimated time for service to be restored.
