South Tahoe High's Boys Cross Country team takes 3rd in State meet

Sophomore Ally Sullivan of South Tahoe High wrapped up her second straight trip to the Nevada Division 1-A Cross Country State Championships with a fifth place finish. Sullivan hit the finish line in 21:05. Teammate Riley Rettig, a senior, finished 29th with a time of 20:14.
The south Tahoe boys cross country team took third place in the State meet, finishing just behind Elko and Spring Creek.
South Tahoe's Dillon Lemons led the team with a 6th place finish time of 17:37. Following Lemons by just 13 seconds was fellow senior Mario Mangiaracina. Orion Maxwell finishied 17th. Paul Mutz's 18:50 earned him a 31st place finish and David Holmes's 19:03, Calvin Holmes 19:50 rounded up the award winning Viking team.
