Annual See's Candy Sale Benefit South Tahoe Cancer League

The South Tahoe Cancer League Annual See's Candy Sale is now underway.
This year, we will be at the shopping center at the Y, next to Starbuck's, open from 10 am to 5:30 pm daily.
All proceeds go to help support our local cancer patients who need rides to treatment, and other help generally not covered on any insurance.

Please read the attached letter and if you would like to order candy for your staff or customers, we can deliver it to our office. Thank you for your support!

Dear Merchant:

We are asking for your help this year. The South Lake Tahoe Cancer League is entering their 30th year of selling See’s Candy during the holiday season. This year our retail location is in Raley’s Shopping Center at the “Y”, two doors down from Starbucks. The Candy Store opens Friday, November 16, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

All profit from this fundraiser goes to patients with cancer either via Limited Financial Assistance Grants, free transportation to cancer treatment centers and “Gift of Cleaning” to patients undergoing radiation and/or chemotherapy. The candy sold at our retail outlet during the holidays is one of our primary fundraisers.

If you are interested in participating in the See’s Candy Sales this year, please let us know. We would then contact you to make the arrangements for your candy orders in the next month.
