A Mother's Day Gift of Song

Give mom the gift of song this year and attend the Tahoe Choir and Lake Tahoe Community College Chorus concert, A Mother's Day Gift of Song. There are two opportunities to watch this special show over the weekend.

On Friday, May 6 at 7:30 p.m., they will perform in LTCC's Duke Theatre, and Sunday, May 8 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Theresa Church located at 1041 Lyons Avenue in South Lake Tahoe.

Enjoy songs ranging from joyful Renaissance madrigals, Vivaldi's "Magnificat," to songs like the barbershop piece "Lida, Rose," the famous lullaby "The Little Horses," "Goodnight, my Angel" by Billy Joel, "What a Wonderful World," and other musical gems. Includes guest string and oboe players, plus a children's choir.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students & seniors, and kids under 5 are free! They are available from any choir member, at the LTCC Bookstore, or 1 hour before showtime.
