The Tahoe Women’s Community Fund will be granting $68,000 to the South Shore Community this spring! With a record 202 members and the very generous donation from Ms. Lisa Maloff matching the granting funds, this $68,000 total is over double the amount granted last year!
The 2018 members have voted on the areas of need in the community for this year’s grant cycle, and below is the granting structure based on these areas. South Shore non-profits are invited to complete a Request for Proposal (RFPs or grant applications) if their project fits into one of these areas of need. RFPs will be available on the website, tahoewomenscommunityfund.org, on February 1 and are due by 5:00 p.m. February 26, 2018.
All grant requests will be reviewed by the TWCF Grants Committee and finalists will be presented to the membership for voting. Grant recipients will be announced on Monday, April 2, 2018.
