Brazilian BBQ Coming Soon To Latin Soul Restaurant at Lakeside Inn and Casino

Latin Soul Restaurant is expanding the menu to include Brazilian BBQ on selected nights beginning late March, 2014. Endless portions of slow-roasted meats will be carved table-side by gauchos. This meat lover's feast will include beef, pork, chicken, lamb and sausage, appetizers and savory side dishes. Brazilian BBQ is a fun and interactive dining experience. Latin Soul Restaurant (http://www.lakesideinn.com/latin-soul-restaurant-lake-tahoe), inside Lakeside Inn and Casino, 168 Highway 50 in Stateline, Nevada, serves Latin fusion cuisine.
“Brazilian BBQ has become popular in many geographic areas, nationally and internationally,” said Lon Rusk, Lakeside’s president. "Brazilian BBQ at Latin Soul will be available in late March, we are extremely proud of our innovative culinary team led by Executive Chef Alvaro Ochoa.”
"My team and I have pushed the boundaries of Brazilian BBQ with our unique style of Latin fusion," states Chef Ochoa. "We are really excited to present Brazilian BBQ to the South Lake Tahoe Restaurant scene."
Latin Soul Restaurant opened in July 2008 and remains the only Latin fusion restaurant in the local area. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8:00 a.m. until 11 p.m.
