• Learn how to take time out to address your own resiliency
• Tools and local resources provided to improve access
There will be small group activities as well as information that helps people focus on being resilient so they don't get to the point of a crisis and how to get help along the way to good mental health.
Also during the event will be a TedTalk video on Mindfulness.
Mental health is part of life: coping with diversity and teaching skills on how to bounce back.
The forum is part of Mental Health Awareness Month.
