Boost your employee's motivation and morale! Learn how to implement workplace micro-recognition to make employee rewards more rewarding at the Level UP: Employee Motivation & Recognition Workshop on Thursday, June 1 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Attendees will hear from individual & team performance expert, Daniel Shore. Mr. Shore is a Ph.D. candidate in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at George Mason University, from which he also received his Master's degree. Generally, he researches the measurement and prediction of individual and team performance. In workplace research, he focuses on the impact of rewards and recognition.
Outside of graduate school, Daniel is an independent consultant on staff engagement for non-profit organizations. His expertise includes training and development programs for organizational leaders and implementing employee reward and recognition programs.
Bring your own 'brown bag' lunch and join us inside the Tahoe Chamber conference room from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
