Stateline casinos lead Nevada in July gaming profits

Casinos at South Shore Lake Tahoe led the Silver State in gaming profits for the month of July, the Nevada Gaming Control Board reports Friday.
Casinos in Stateline took in $32,371,760 in gaming-related profits or "win" compared to July 2012, a 9.23 percent increase.
Las Vegas strip casinos saw the biggest decrease in gaming profits for the month, seeing a 14.40 decline from July 2012.
Statewide, Nevada casinos saw its gaming profits drop by nearly 8 percent for the month. The state's total “gaming win” for July 2013 was $925,729,767, a 7.97 percent decrease compared to July 2012.
