Three fires burning from Doyle to Walker; all fed by high winds

UPDATE 8:15PM: The Mountain View Fire is currently burning around the community of Walker. Due to the fast moving nature of the fire, an Evacuation Order has been issued for the Walker, Coleville and Topaz areas, and US 395 is still closed from Bridgeport to the Nevada state line. There is 0 percent containment and 5,000 acres burned according to Inci-web. Liberty Utilities has de-energized the communities of Walker and Coleville up to Topaz at the state line for safety precautions. Liberty is working with all emergency agencies and will safely restore power when possible. No estimated restoration time is currently available.
The Laura Fire by Doyle has burned 600 acres and is 70 percent contained. Wind-driven fire has impacted 20 structures.
Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak declared a state of emergency for the Pinehaven Fire in Reno. The fire has burned 1,700 acres. A dozen buildings have been destroyed so far. Expect the area to be closed off to traffic through the night as firefighters continue to work.
UPDATE 5:27PM: The Mountain View Fire in Walker has burned approximately 5,000 acres in Mono County within the Federal Direct Protection Area. U.S. Hwy 395 both northbound and southbound is temporarily closed from Emigrant Street in Bridgeport to the Nevada State Route 208. According to the Mono County Sheriff's Office, a mandatory evacuation order is in effect for the communities of Coleville, Walker and Topaz. An evacuation center has been set up at the Carson Valley Inn, 1627 Hwy 395 N, Minden.
The Laura Fire, which started in the Lassen County community of Doyle and has impacted an estimated 20 structures. The fire has burned onto BLM-managed public lands east of Doyle. There are mandatory evacuations in progress for scattered residences in the areas of Turtle Mountain, Fish Springs and Flannigan. It is still listed as 500 acres.
The Reno Pinehaven Fire burning in the Caughlin Ranch area in West Reno has grown to 1,500 acres. There are evacuations in place as crews are fighting the blaze.
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - High winds throughout the Sierra and Western Nevada are now fanning the flames at three major wildfires burning out of control. US395 is closed near Topaz Lake and north of Reno at the agriculture station due to visibility and fire concerns. The 50-60 mph winds will start to die down around 5:00 p.m. and some precipitation is expected in those areas.
Pinehave Fire - 250 acre burning in southwest Reno near Caughlin Ranch, southwest of McCarren Boulevard which is closed in the area. Evacuations are underway and Horseman's Park is currently being used as an evacuation center but this may change as conditions are developing quickly.
Laura Fire - This fire started in the Lassen County community of Doyle and impacted an estimated 20 structures. The fire has burned onto BLM-managed public lands east of Doyle. There are mandatory evacuations in progress for scattered residences in the areas of Turtle Mountain, Fish Springs and Flannigan. As of 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, an estimated 500 acres has burned since starting around noon.
The biggest of the three is the Mountain View Fire near the town of Walker. It has grown to 5,000 acres in under three hours, having started just after 12:00 p.m. US395 is closed through the area. Mandatory evacuations are underway.
