Mountaingirl Mysteries author to speak at SLT Library

Jennifer Quashnick, local author, will introduce us to the first novel from her new Mountaingirl Mysteries series, "The Sierra Nevada Trail of Murder." When chased by a killer, Rachel Winters, her dog Bella, and Private Investigator Luke Reed must uncover a deep-rooted environmental conspiracy stretching across multiple state lines.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science and Health, and has spent most of her career advocating for the protection of Lake Tahoe’s environment. However, she also makes a point to frequently hike in the Sierras with her dog Bella – inspiring the Mountaingirl Mysteries. Book sale and signing to follow.

Free and open to all. It will be at the South Lake Tahoe Library at 6 p.m. on November 18.
