SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - An upcoming workshop will focus on helping employers bridge the generational gaps and provide important information on how to engage each employee equally.
The Tahoe Chamber's Level UP workshop, Engaging the Generations, will be held on February 20 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
For the first time in modern history, there are three generations working side-by-side and the differences among them are one of the greatest challenges facing employers today. Engaging the Generations is a powerful, interactive workshop that will give each participant a chance to look through new lenses and develop the tools to embrace generational differences.
This workshop takes a tour of what influences a generation and focuses on the values each generation brings to the workplace. Participants will develop practical strategies to help engage, motivate, mentor and communicate with the generations of today.
Our workshop facilitator, Dina Cipollaro-Beck, MA, is the co-founder of Fundamental Training Solutions. Dina is a trainer and consultant in the areas of hospitality and the art and science of work styles, leadership, and generational differences. Well known for her innovative approach to training, Dina has a Master’s degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology. Dina brings fifteen years of human resources experience and a fresh approach to all her training sessions. Since 2002, Dina has been excelling at creating energetic trainings that both inspire and entertain.
The cost for this Level UP Workshop is $10 for chamber members ($20 for non-members) and will be held at the Tahoe Chamber on Feb. 20 from 12 PM to 1:30 PM. Register at TahoeChamber.org to secure your spot.
