Long time local resident Susan Glasson will be holding a benefit yoga class to help raise funds to support the thousands of victims of the recent earthquake in Nepal.
The class will be held on Tuesday, May 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Kahle Community Center on Kingsbury Grade in Stateline.
There is no charge but Glasson asks that everyone bring a donation of cash to send to Shelter Box, a Rotarian support effort that is sending thousands of shelters to the devastated region. All donations will be matched dollar for dollar due to a current international fundraising campaign.
