Learn to create a business plan during classes offered by City of SLT and TahoeChamber

The Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City
of South Lake Tahoe, is offering a Create Your Business Plan workshop series this fall on two consecutive Wednesdays beginning October 22. By the end of
the two sessions participants will have a completed draft of a business plan.

Topics covered during the sessions include business vision and mission,
overall business objectives, competitor analysis, unique selling proposition,
business strategies, budget, income projections, startup capital and an
action plan that describes what specific tasks entrepreneurs must complete
now and going forward as they grow their businesses. This workshop is ideal
for those thinking about starting a new business or current business owners
who need to update or fine tune their existing plans.

The series will be held on October 22 and October 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 12
p.m. at the TahoeChamber at 169 Hwy. 50, Stateline, Nevada. The cost of the
workshop, which is being offered as part of the Tahoe Tactical Team coaching
program, is $25 for both sessions for TahoeChamber members and $50 for both
sessions for non-members.
