Low pressure system to brush Lake Tahoe; 70s all weekend

Low pressure will brush the region on Saturday and will provide gusty winds Saturday afternoon according to the National Weather Service in Reno. Southwest winds 10-20 mph are possible with gusts up to 30-35 mph. Choppy conditions can be expected on both Lake Tahoe and Pyramid Lake. Waves will build through the afternoon with wave heights around 3 feet possible across the eastern shores from Glenbrook to Incline Village.

Temperatures will be in the 70s all weekend.

Friday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 77. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Friday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 44. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Saturday - Sunny, with a high near 74. Breezy, with a southwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
Saturday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 43. Breezy, with a southwest wind 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
Sunday - Sunny, with a high near 72. West wind around 5 mph.
Sunday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 41.
