LTCC women's soccer wins, faces Sierra College in round three of playoffs

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC) women's soccer team has shutout their opponents so far in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Norcal Regionals, blanking West Hills and San Francisco City College in the first two rounds.
The 18-0-2 Coyotes will face the Sierra College Wolverines (19-3) in the third round Monday, December 2 at Cosumnes River College in Sacramento at 4:00 p.m. Sierra College beat Evergreen Valley 3-2 in overtime and Clovis 4-1 leading up to the LTCC game.
The matchup was to be played in South Lake Tahoe Saturday but snow has moved the game to Sacramento where LTCC will be the host team.
The winner of Monday's game will head to the CCCAA Soccer State Championship which will be held on Dec. 6 and Dec. 8 at De Anza College in Cupertino.
