Event Date:
November 15, 2016 - 7:00pm
Join the Lake Tahoe Historical Society at their next Fireside Chat event at the historic Camp Richardson Hotel on Tuesday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m.
Besides the group's Fall General Meeting, speaker and author Carol Van Etten will present a visual history of steamships on Lake Tahoe. She has been a lifelong student of Lake Tahoe history, as well as boats on the lake, and has published three books on marine history.
The popular Fireside Chats normally fill up, so arrive early to get a seat. The event is free for Historical Society members and $3 for non-members. 2017 membership applications will be accepted (starting at just $20 a year).
More information about Carol can be found on her website: https://www.tahoehistory.info/
